At Label Amber, we take pride in crafting exquisite, made-to-order pieces that celebrate heritage and artistry. However, if you need to exchange or return your order, we’re here to assist you.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for products of the same price or a higher value (with the price difference payable).
• Requests for exchanges must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact, unused, and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for store credits, which can be redeemed for future purchases.
• The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-refundable but can be exchanged or converted into store credit.

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
